What is the standard shipping time for domestic orders?
We offer standard shipping which typically takes 3-5 business days. Expedited 2-day shipping is also available at checkout for urgent electronic component needs.
Do your electronic products come with a manufacturer warranty?
Yes, all hardware and electronic devices sold on Monotype Fonts come with a minimum 12-month manufacturer warranty covering technical defects and hardware failure.
What is your return policy for opened electronics?
You can return items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that opened electronic products may be subject to a 15% restocking fee unless the item is found to be defective.
How can I track the status of my shipment?
Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to our logistics partner's portal to monitor your delivery in real-time.
