At Monotype Fonts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-performance electronic hardware and display peripherals. If your device is defective or doesn't meet your technical requirements, you can initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account dashboard and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the electronic items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Hardware

  Place the device back in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and internal protective foam are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely attach it to the outside of the shipping box, clearly marking the RMA number on the package.

• 4.
  Technical Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition and serial number, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
